Why enroll someone in the MASTER WORKMAN HONOR SOCIETY?
To recognize and honor that person who has made a significant, valuable contribution to the cause of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Who May be enrolled in the Society?
Any man, young or old, whom you feel meets the criteria of making a significant, valuable contribution to the cause of Christ.
How may one be enrolled in the Master Workman Honor Society?
An application for enrollment is to be completed by the person or persons who are recommending the applicant for enrollment in the Society.
A brief statement of the reasons for bestowing this honor is entered in the appropriate space on the application. An enrollment fee of $100.00 is to accompany...also a picture (preferable black & white) if available.
Is membership in a Brotherhood required of the applicant for enrollment in the Society?
No. One does not need to be a Brotherhood member to be eligible for enrollment in the Master Workman Honor Society. Neither does he need to be a member of your church in order to be enrolled...he could be a member of another Brotherhood and/or church.
Who may enroll an applicant in the Master Workman Society?
A Brotherhood group or a church may enroll someone. A group other than a Brotherhood or church (such as a Sunday School class) may also make an application. Or family, friends or an individual may apply to enroll someone in the Society.
When will the enrollee be recognized as a member of the Society?
The enrollee will be recognized at the National Brotherhood Convention. Names of each enrollee will also be reported to the membership of the General Association during the National Brotherhood's report.
In instances where the enrollee needs to be recognized before the Convention time, the person or group making the application may determine when the appropriate time will be for recognition.
How will the enrollee in the Society be recognized?
The enrollee will be recognized at the National Convention, and at that time he will be presented with a plaque on which an appropriate certificate is attached. The certificate is protected by Acrylic. The exception to this will be that the person or group wants to present the plaque before Convention time.
There will also be a booklet in which a picture of each enrollee (if available) will be printed, along with some brief words of distinction, as reported in the application for enrollment.
When the Brotherhood report is given at the sitting of the General Association, the names of the current enrollees will be included in the report.
When should an application for enrollment be completed?
Now! This is a good time to honor that man who deserves to be recognized and honored.
